Tampa Tae Kwon Do
Classes include basics, kicking techniques, hand techniques, poomse (forms), one-step sparring, breaking, self-defense, dan-jun breathing meditation for children, ACSM approved curriculum for stretching and workout for children. Instruction includes the philosophy, history and tenets of Tae Kwon Do.

Healthy eating instruction provided by ISSA & SCW Certified Nutritionist. Special kids fitness classes anjd nutrition instruction.
